My parents were also in Vegas, but somehow never seemed to be captured on camera. My parents and I stayed at the Mirage on the Strip.

The Mirage is a great place for first timers to stay because it has several non-gambling and non-bar activities. Of course, they all cost big bucks, but it's fun at a Vegas price. We took the nephews to see the famed Siegfried and Roy Secret Garden, White Tigers and Lions.

Porter is only 2.5 years old and somewhere between a baby and a little boy. He still likes to be carried and sometimes he insists on walking. Unfortunately, he weighs the same as a ton of bricks and it isn't easy to carry him for very long. It was a long day and Porter decided he was ready to be carried some more. But we didn't have a stroller for the little sack of potatoes. So Natalie did the next best thing and borrowed a wheelchair from the park. I refused to help push her. It was just too... something.

Hey, I said anyone could sit down and I would push! It didn't have to be me the whole time. But I will remember that you wouldn't push me, perhaps this will come back to haunt you one day.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't push your sham of a wheelchair, but I did chase your 2 year old (that rarely sat in the wheelchair with you) all around the park, if I recall...
